等离子喷涂硅灰石/氧化锆复合涂层修复兔骨缺损的实验研究

摘要 目的:观察喷涂硅灰石/氧化锆复合涂层的钛合金种植体植入动物体内后局部组织的反应,研究硅灰石/氧化锆复合涂层与骨的组织相容性。方法:应用等离子喷涂技术,在钛合金种植体表面喷涂硅灰石/氧化锆复合涂层,分别于术后1、2和3个月处死实验动物,截取含有种植体的股骨髁后,作HE染色、甲苯胺蓝染色和荧光标记技术,分别行光镜和荧光显微镜观察。结果:植入硅灰石/氧化锆复合涂层喷涂的种植体后,骨组织的修复属于正常的骨修复过程。结论:硅灰石/氧化锆复合涂层与骨组织具有良好的组织相容性。 Objective To observe tissue response to plasma sprayed wollastonite/ZrO2 composite coatings on titanium alloys substrates implanted in rabbits, and to study biocompatibility of wollastonite/ZrO2 composite coatings with bone, Methods Wollastonite/ZrO2 composite coatings were sprayed on titanium alloys substrates by plasma spraying technology. Implants was implanted into condyles of femur of rabbits. The animals were killed 1, 2 and 3 months after implantation, respectively. Condyle specimens contained inplant were fixed and stained by H.E., and then observed with light microscope and fluorescence microscope. Results Wollastonite/ZrO2 composite coatings on titanium alloys substrates had no adverse effects to the process of recovery of bone. Conclusion Wollastonite/ZrO2 composite coatings on titanium alloys substrates has excellent biocompatibility with bone.
