脑胶质细胞增生症45例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究脑胶质细胞增生症的诊断、治疗和预后。方法:回顾性分析我院经手术切除并经病理证实的45例脑胶质细胞增生症患者资料,结合文献分析。结果:45例中术前诊断15例为胶质增生,30例为其他疾病。45例病人中31例恢复正常,偏瘫3例,失语3例,6例术后因颅内高压和(或)反复癫痫发作再次手术,死亡2例,其中1例死于脑疝,1例死于肺部感染。误诊率67%,治愈率69%,死亡率4%。结论:脑胶质细胞增生症临床表现不典型,易误诊。其诊断应结合临床表现和影像学资料(CT或MRI),最终靠病理学确诊,并应注意随访。
