糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉的病理生理学机制
摘要
目前关于糖皮质激素（glucocorticoids,GC）治疗鼻息肉的确切机制还不是很明确,鼻息肉、哮喘和过敏性鼻炎有着共同的特征,例如黏膜嗜酸性粒细胞和肥大细胞的浸润,局部产生IgE。最近的研究发现,应用GC治疗后鼻息肉组织中白细胞数量减少有几种机制：
