中潜伏期听觉诱发电位A-Line自动回归模式指数分析对意识状态的监测作用

摘要 听觉诱发电位(AEP)分析用于监测病人麻醉术中的意识水平是近年来有关麻醉深度方面研究的焦点。近几年有关中潜伏期诱发电位(MLAEP)的研究尤为突出[1-2]。MLAEP的A-Line自动回归模式(ARX)指数(AAI)是一种AEP的自动回归分析模式计算得出的指数[3-5]。目前已由丹麦Danmeter公司制成A-Line AEP监测仪。本文通过对临床病人使用镇静催眠药后MLAEP ARX指数与意识程度的关系观察分析,就MLAEP的ARX指数分析对意识状态的监测作用作一评价。
