芍倍注射液治疗内痔混合痔128例临床观察

Clinical Study on the Effects of ShaoBei Injection on Internal Hemorrhoids and Mixed Hemorrhoids.. Analysis of 128 Cases

观察芍倍注射液及安氏疗法对内痔、混合痔治疗后的疗效。治疗组（128例）采用芍倍注射液及安氏疗法，对照组（110例）采用消痔灵注射液四步注射法。结果显示，治疗组治愈率（95．3％）明显高于对照组（81．8％），术后4周肛门镜检查情况也优于对照组。结果表明：芍倍注射液及安氏疗法对治疗内痔、混合痔具有治愈率高、疗程短、安全高效、无后遗症和并发症。

The aim of this study was to observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of Shaobei injection and An＇s therapy on internal hemorroids and mixed hemorroids. The treatment group（ n = 128） was treated with Shapbei injection and An＇s therapy; the control group（ n = 110） with Xiaozhiling injection（by fourstep injection）. As results, the cure rate of the treatment was 95.3%, significantly higher than 81.8% in the control group. There was significant difference 4 weeks after operation in anoscopy results, treatment group being superior to control group. The Shaobei injection and An＇s therapy for internal hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids have higher cure rate, short treatment course, safe and high efficacy, without complication and sequal.
