摘要
为探讨小剂量骶管麻醉开放式痔切除术作为一日治疗的临床疗效，将40例Ⅲ、Ⅳ度混合痔患者随机分为试验组和对照组，每组20例。试验组采用小剂量骶管麻醉，对照组采用常规剂量骶管麻醉，两组术后均应用复方亚甲蓝作为长效止痛剂。结果显示，40例患者一日内均顺利离院，患者满意度高，无因并发症再次入院者。结果表明，小剂量骶管麻醉开放式痔切除术作为一日治疗是安全可行的。
The aim of this study was to probe the feasibility and efficacy of treatment with open haemorrhoidopexy as a day-surgery procedure. From 2004 to 2005,a total of 40 patients with third and fourth degree haemorrhoids underwent open haemorrhoidopexy under sacral anaesthesia. The 40 patients were randomly into experimental group and controlled group. All the patients were injected with compound methylene as long-action anodyne after operations, all left hospital as expected. And the patient satisfactions are high. No patient was hospitalized again. According to author＇s experience, open haemorrhoidopexy under low dosage sacral anasthesia can be safely performed as a day-surgery procedure.
