开设就业指导课的目的是帮助学生设计职业生涯规则划,了解国家的就业方针政策,树立正确的择业观念,促进和帮助毕业生顺利就业的有效手段。指导就业内容,根据不同学生的特点,结合就业市场实际合理安排就业岗位,突出就业指导的阶段性、连续性、实效性、全程性。

Employment guidance aims at helping students design the career development plan, learning about the national employment policies, establishing the correct career hunting idea, which is the effective means to promote and help graduates fred jobs successfully. The contents will be close to the reality and they will be arranged reasonably according to the characteristics of the students in different stages, and pay more attention to the stages, continuity, effectiveness and the whole process.
