摘要
介绍了板带钢卷取机卷筒棱锥轴与扇形块之间镶嵌式摩擦衬板固体润滑材料研究。根据板带钢卷取机卷筒的摩擦衬板的实际工况要求,选用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、二硫化钼和石墨作为固体润滑材料,通过正交试验法,确定了锡青铜摩擦衬板的镶嵌固体润滑材料的种类及组分配比。研究表明,镶嵌固体润滑材料的锡青铜摩擦衬板的摩擦系数明显降低,并使其耐磨性提高两个数量级以上,而且没有发生严重的磨损失效现象,完全可以满足卷取机的工作要求。
The article shows the study on the mosaic-type solid lubricating material for friction lining board used between the pyramid axis and sector of slab - strip steel coilers. Based on the practical operation of the friction lining board, PTFE, supramoly and graphite are chosen as the solid materials. Through an orthogonality experimentation, the kinds and mixture ratio for the material for such tin - bronze friction lining board are determined. The research demonstrates that the friction coefficient of this tin - bronze lining board is not only obviously low, but the wearing resistance could enhance more than two orders of magnitude as well. And, no serious failure happens. The results show that the material can fully meet the requirements of the coilers.
