摘要
本文针对数字式电液控制系统中的一个重要环节——电磁开关阀的响应频率测定,提出一种精确而简便易行的方法。该方法利用计算机进行数据采集和处理,避免了转化误差和读数误差。本文给出了测试系统的工作原理和软硬件结构方案。实验和分析表明,进行测定时合理的采样周期应为20ms左右,电磁阀的响应频率主要取决于阀的结构特性和电磁铁特性,测试结果的精度主要取决于测试系统的精度。采用高位数、转换时间短的模数转换器及计算速度快的计算机是提高测试结果精度的有效途径。
This paper presents an accurate, simple, and easy-to-handle method for measuring the response frequencies of on-off solenoid valve which is one of the key links in digital electro-hydraulic control system. Using a computer as data sampling and processing device, errors in converting and reading can be avoided. Measurement strategy and the structual scheme of the software and hardware are also given in this paper. It is found after the experiment and analysis that reasonable sampling time is about 20ms for the particular valve and the response frequencies depends mainly on the properties of the electromagnet and the design of the valve. fast computer with corresponding bits is the way to improve effectively
the measurement accuracy.
