基于证候规范研究成果的证候要素提取与分析

Extraction and analysis of syndrome factors based on the research achievement in the standardization of syndrome

确定证候要素,并从临床需求出发对其进行应证组合是解决证候规范化问题的基本思路之一。证候要素的提取是这一思路的基础。为此。本文从已有的证候规范研究成果出发,以具有权威性的4部现行证候标准为基础,讨论了证候要素提取的方法,提出临床代表性是确定证候要素基本判别条件的观点,并对文献中1653条记录进行分析,初步给出了证候要素的范围。初步证明利用证候要素对证候进行规范化的可行性,给出了证候要素提取的一种思路,为证候要素进一步地确定与完善提供了基础。

The extraction and combination of syndrome factors is a recently proposed solution to the problem of syndrome standardization. The extracting method of syndrome factor from the established achievement in the standardization of syndrome is discussed in the present paper based on the 4 syndrome standards with authority. The importance of the representation of syndrome factors in clinical practice is emphasized and the primary scale of syndrome factors is determined through the analysis on 1653 records of syndrome. The results in this paper indicate the feasibility to standard the syndrome through the extraction of syndrome factors, which provide the basis for the further research on this subject.
