芩矾汤洗剂外敷治疗臁疮临床观察

Qinfantang Lotion applied externally for shank ulcer

目的观察芩矾汤洗剂外敷治疗臁疮的临床疗效。方法将50例臁疮患者按3∶2的比例随机分为治疗组30例,对照组20例。治疗组予芩矾汤洗剂外敷;对照组予常规手术和换药治疗,观察臁疮的控制及创面愈合情况。结果治疗组总有效率为86.67%,对照组为65.00%,两组比较有显著差异(P﹤0.05)。结论芩矾汤洗剂外敷治疗臁疮有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qinfantang Lotion applied externally for treating shank ulcer. Method The patients with shank ulcer （n=50） were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=30） and the control group （n=20） in a proportion of 3 to 2. The treatment group was treated with Qinfantang Lotion applied externally and the control group was given the routine operation and medicinals. The control and healing condition of shank ulcer were observed. Result The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.67 % and 65.00 % in the control group. The difference is significant between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qinfantang Lotion applied externally has a better clinical effect on shank ulcer.
