中药六神丸在乳牙干髓术中的应用

Application of Liushen Pills in mummification of baby tooth

目的比较中药六神丸与亚砷酸作为乳牙牙髓失活剂用于乳牙干髓术中的疗效及安全性。方法将80例乳牙牙髓炎的患儿随机分为治疗组40例、对照组40例。两组均于开髓后封药,治疗组以六神丸为失活剂封髓,对照组以亚砷酸封髓。观察两组治疗前后疼痛缓解率、失活效果、远期疗效及并发症发生情况。结果治疗组疼痛缓解率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生情况低于对照组(P<0.05);两组失活率及远期疗效相当(P>0.05)。结论六神丸作为乳牙牙髓失活剂用于乳牙干髓术,在缓解疼痛、减少并发症方面具有较好效果。

Objective To compare the curative effects and safety between Linshen Pills and arsenous acid as endodontic sealer in mummification of baby tooth. Method The children with pulpitis （n=80） were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=40） and the control group （n=40）. The two groups were given endodontic treatment and then the treatment group was given Liushen Pills as endodontic sealer and the control group was given arsenous acid. The relief of tooth pain, devitalization, long-term effect and complications were observed in two groups before and after the treatment. Result In the treatment group the relief rate of tooth pain was much higher （P〈0.05） and the complications were less （P〈0.05） than those in the control group. The two groups had the same devitalized rate and long-term effect （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Liushen Pills has a good effect on relieving tooth pain and reducing complications as the endodontic sealer applied in the mummification of baby tooth.
