导师制在外向型中医人才英语综合应用能力培养中的作用与实践研究

A study of the role of tutorial system in training comprehensive English abilities among external-oriented professionals of Chinese medicine

目前在研究生阶段导师制模式业已发展成熟,为社会输出了高质量的综合型人才。如何在本科生教育中引进这种教育模式?培养外向型中医人才英语综合能力是否可以借鉴导师制模式?通过对国内外导师制作用与实践研究分析,认为制定出适合的、可行的方案,可以为导师制在外向型中医人才英语综合应用能力的培养方面提供思路和模式。

The tutorial system for the training of postgraduate students is fully developed and makes contributions to production of high quality professionals for the society. Then how to introduce the tutorial system into undergraduate education？ Can we use that for reference in training comprehensive English abilities among external-oriented professionals of Chinese medicine？ By research and analysis to the role and practice of the tutorial system both home and abroad, we believe that suitable and feasible project may provide thoughts for promotion of the system in training comprehensive English abilities among these students.
