大学生体育学习方法的研究

Research on methods of physical education among college students

通过对北京市9所高校的学生和体育教师的调查,在吸收先行研究成果的基础上,通过查阅文献资料、发放调查问卷等研究方法,从体育教师和学生本身两方面对我国大学生体育学习方法的相关问题进行了研究。本着加强体育教师对大学生体育学习方法指导工作的理性认识,从而更好地为学生的学习与实践服务的目的,在比较和分析了体育学科与其他学科在学习方法方面的差异后,根据体育学科自身的特点对体育学习方法的相关问题进行了初步的探讨,并提出了相应的对策和建议。

This paper conducted investigation among students of teachers of physical education in 9 universities in Beijing. By absorbing research achievements, looking through reference materials, doing questionnaire research, we studied some related problems concerning students~ learning methods from aspects of both the teachers and the students. Our purpose was to stress teachers~ role in guiding students~ learning and better serve students~ learning and practice. After comparing and analyzing difference of method between physical education and learning of other subjects, this paper produced elementary exploration on methods physical education with related countermeasures and suggestions.
