如何培养大学新生人际交往能力的思考

简要分析了大学新生人际交往水平的现状及造成各种问题出现的原因,探索在实际工作中通过集体氛围的营造、集体辅导课、针对性工作等具体方式培养、提高大学新生人际交往能力。提出了为将来更有效开展工作的3点启示。

This paper discussed the present stasis of interpersonal communication ability in freshmen and causes for different problems among them. Some methods for further training their communication ability were exploded such as building of mass environment, mass tutoring and pertinence work etc. Three pints of inspiration were suggested for effective work in the future.
