铁尾矿整体综合利用技术

Integrated Utilization Technology of Iron Tailing

提出了铁尾矿整体综合利用的思路,即首先在铁尾矿全面物化分析的基础上,对有再选利用价值的铁尾矿进行再选,利用经过再选的铁尾矿进行简单的加工作为建筑材料(铁尾矿制砖)或充填采空区,对尾矿进行精加工,生产具有高附加值的建筑装饰材料;对暂时不能利用的铁尾矿作为生态恢复材料进行生态恢复重建,并对相关技术进行了简要论述。

The whole thinking of integrated utilization of iron tailing was put forward, i.e. on the basis of chemical and physical analysis of iron tailing, the valuable iron tailing was reconcentrated and the reconcentrated iron tailing was used as building material by simple processing （production of brick by the iron tailing） or the tailing was used to backfill vacant places. The iron tailing was reconcentrat- ed to produce building decoration materials with high additional value. The iron tailing that could not be used for the moment could be used as ecological renewing material to carry out ecological renewing. The related technology was discussed briefly.
