摘要 整合素为细胞黏附分子家族的重要成员之一,参与调节细胞的增殖、分化、黏附、迁移等过程,而整合素拮抗剂能竞争性抑制整合素与其配体的结合,发挥着负向调节作用。该文就各类整合素及其拮抗剂的生物学特性、对不同疾病的研究价值进行了综述。 Integrins are a group of significant cell adhesion molecules, participate in the regulation of cell adhesion, migration, proliferation, differentiation, and so on. Its receptor antagonists has been implicated as a recognition site in interactions between integrin and its ligands. This is an attempt to summarize the structural and functional characterization of integrins and its receptor antagonists.
