中国行政垄断规制方式探究

On regulation of administration monopoly in China

在阐述行政垄断的分配效应以及中国行政垄断目前状况的基础上,着重从校正收入分配的角度对适用于中国行政垄断的规制方式进行分析,认为对中国目前行政垄断的有效治理必须采取工资规制与利润规制相结合的方式,这与对其他类型垄断的治理有明显的区别,同时提出对行政垄断的短期与长期的具体治理措施。

Based on the illustration of the distribution effect of administrative monopoly and the present situation of China＇s administrative monopoly, this paper analyzes the regulation which applies to China＇s administrative monopoly from the aspect of revising income distribution and reaches some thoughts. The paper concludes that the effective way to regulate administrative monopoly is to combine salary regulation and profit regulation, which is distinctively different from regulation of other monopolies. Finally, the paper discusses specific regulations towards administrative monopoly in the short run as well as in the long run.
