Relationship between education cultural perspectives and Chinese ancient management thought

从管理、教育及文化的视角来发掘古代管理思想在今天的积极意义,认为现代管理教育过于强调管理的科学性而忽视管理的艺术性,不可避免地出现一系列的弊病,而通过对管理思想的反思,无疑可以弥补这些不足。同时,在用现代管理理论、管理词汇去解读、批判古代管理思想时,需要坚持一种多种文化并存的视角才能探讨多种管理模式并存的可能性。

Reflection of Chinese ancient management thought is made in this paper through two perspectives - education and culture and linguistics. Modem management education emphasizes the science character of management, and ignores the art character of management, in which the reflections of Chinese ancient management can avoid this shortcoming. When modern management theory and words are used to interpret Chinese ancient management thought, a multi-culture perspective must be hold, thus it is possible to discuss multiple management model.
