摘要 高校教师是高校人力资源管理的核心,他们具有显著的个性特征:(1)对工作自主性强,具有强烈的自我管理倾向;(2)对个人忠诚度低,具有强烈的专业忠诚意识;(3)对公平特别看重,具有强烈的个人尊重需求。因此,对高校教师人力资源管理必须创新。(1)创新管理观念,实现以事为本向以人为本转变;(2)创新管理组织,实现从直线式向扁平化转变;(3)创新管理制度,实现从刚性向柔性转变。 University teachers are the core of university human resources management. They have outstanding characteristics They are strongly independent in work and have strong tendency of self--management. They have low loyalty to individuals but have strong sense of loyalty to their special subjects What's more, they pay high attention to equality and have strong demands for respect. Therefore it is necessary to reform and bring new ideas to the management of university human resources. This paper sets forth the following three suggestions, one being to innovate management concepts to realize the change from matter--orientation to human--orientation, one being to innovate management organization to realize the change from linearization to flattening, and the other being to innovate management regulations to realize the change from hardness to softness.
