在推行基础教育课程改革的进程中,教师有必要对自身的心理素养、文化素养及艺术素养进行全面的调整与提升,应树立民主思想和平等意识,加强学习,厚重本学科的文化底蕴,改进教学方法、提高授课技巧,使课改工作收到既定的效果。
