摘要
运用人力价值观加强企业人力资源管理,主要应做好五个方面的工作:一是要承认人力的价值性和价值的差异性;二是要正确认识人力价值在企业人力资源管理中的作用;三是要正确评价人力价值是人力价值观的基础;四是要建立与人力价值观相适应的激励、约束机制;五是在综合运用人力价值的基础上,实现不断完善和创新。
Strengthening enterprise human resources management directed by the idea of human value should be done well mainly in five aspects. Firstly, admit human value and value difference; Secondly, understand human value's role in enterprise human resources management correctly; Thirdly, know that human value is the base of human value idea; fourthly, build a stimulating and controlling mechanism adaptable to human value idea; And lastly, realize constant perfection and innovation on the basis of comprehensive application of human value.
