摘要
在市场经济体制下,企业女职工的队伍结构、劳动关系及企业的利益分配机制等均发生了较大的变化,女职工的权益维护工作必须适应这些变化,维护女职工的合法权益要坚持原则、注重实效,要全方位地保障女职工在劳动、生存、发展等方面的合法权益,协调好个人与集体、群体与企业等方面的利益关系。
Under the system of market economy, there have been greater changes in enterprise women employees' structure of ranks,labor relationship,meehanism of fights and benefits distribution, etc. Proteeting women employees' rights and benefits must adapt to these changees. The protecting requires sticking to principles, stressing effectiveness,assuring women employees' legal rights and benefits in labor, existence, development etc, and coordinating the rights and benefits relationship between individuals and the collective,and between groups and enterprises well
