摘要 本文针对微型自吸泵自吸性能差的缺点,首先采用了双向回流结构,从而大大提高了微型自吸泵的自吸能力,使泵的自吸高度由通常的3~4米提高到7米。文中对双向回流结构自吸原理进行了定性与定量分析,对回流量与储水量的计算及回流量与储水量之间关系的论述,充实了自吸泵设计理论,对指导自吸泵的设计有实用价值。 Aiming at the defect of pool suction capability of micro-self-priming pump, a configuration of two-way recirculation for great improvement of the self-priming capability is first presented in this paper. The self-priming height of the pump may reach 7m rather than 3~ 4 m only. The paper also deals with qualitative and quantitative analysis for the self-priming principle of the configuration of two-way recirculation, gives the calculation methods of recirculation capacity and water storage capacity and the relations between them. The formulas and calculation methods enrich the design theory of self-priming pump, and are of practical value for pump design.
