Making the internal teaching evaluation has a vital significance for higher education institutions because it can promote the healthy development of teaching and improve teaching quality and management level. This paper discusses the internal teaching evaluation in the following aspects： establishing an independent evaluation organization, formulating a reasonable evaluation system, conducting the publicity and mobilization work, as well as handling the relationship between evaluation and construction.
