摘要
大学生心理健康教育是素质教育的重要内容。本文对大学生心理健康教育中存在的问题及原因进行了分析，提出了加强高校大学生心理健康教育的途径和方法。
Mental health education for college students is an important part of quality-oriented education. This article begins with problems existing in mental health education for college students, and then proceeds to analyze the causes of the problems. It proposes ways and methods of strengthening mental health education for students at higher education institutions.
