摘要
随着医学的发展，要从多方面改进病理学教学才能达到培养新型医学人才的目的。为了不断改进病理学教学，应采用哪些灵活有效的教学方法，教师应如何提高自身的能力，本文从这两方面进行了讨论。
With the development of medicine, it is necessary to improve pathology teaching in various ways for the training of newtype medical talented personnel. The paper discusses flexible and effective teaching methods as well as how to improve teachers＇ ability to improve pathology teaching.
