临床五年制医学生普通外科实习的现状和思考

The Current Situation and Reflections of General Surgical Practice of Students of Five-year Medical Program

探讨了医学生临床实习的重要性和必要性。提出了应该少些说教而多些实际，可通过试行导师制、考核制来强化临床实习；将学生的更多临床实习纳入研究生考核内容，研究生考试应包括更多的临床实践内容；对于直接进入硕士研究生学习的优秀学生的推荐，应更多的参考临床实习的效果。

This paper discusses the importance and necessity of medical students＇ clinical practice and suggests that teachers should provide students with more opportunities for practice rather than merely lectures. Tutorial system and examination system can be implemented to strengthen clinical practice. More contents of clinical practice should be included in the graduate entrance examination. For excellent students to be recommended to pursue graduate study without an entrance examination, their performance in clinical practice should be taken into account in recommendation.
