摘要
国际医学教育组织(ⅡME)提出要培养符合“全球医学教育最低基本要求”(Global Minimal Essential Requirments,GMER)的临床医师,其中医学科学基础知识和临床技能是最基础、最根本的要求。但目前实践教学中存在许多影响学生技能培养的因素,使学生距离GMER甚远。为此我们从管理、教学过程和考核等方面采取了一系列措施,来加强临床医学生实践技能。
International Institute of Medical Education (ⅡME) proposes producing clinicians in accordance with Global Minimal Essential Requirements (GMER). Basic knowledge of medicine and clinical skills are the most fundamental requirements of all. However, there are a lot of factors that affect student's skill cultivation in teaching practice, which cannot meet GMER. For this reason, we have adopted a series of measures in management, teaching and examination to enhance medical students' practical skills.
