摘要
利用Gleeble-1500热模拟实验机对7050铝合金进行了等温压缩实验,与有限元仿真软件DEFORM 3D模拟实验相结合,通过应力-应变与组织分析研究了7050铝合金在不同锻造工艺参数条件下的再结晶行为,结果表明,通过改变温度和应变速率能有效控制再结晶体积分数和晶粒尺寸。
Isothermal compression test of 7050 aluminum alloy is carried out using Gleeble - 1500 hot simulation tester. Combining with FEM emulation software DEFORM 3D simulation test, reerystallization behaviour of 7050 aluminum alloy is studied by analyzing stress - stain and structure under various forging process parameters. The results show that reerystallization volume fraction and grain size can be controlled effectively by changing temperature and strain rate.
