关于应力切削的研究

摘要 本文从研究金属切削刃前区的应力状态入手,人为地改变这种应力状态,进行“应力切削”,达到由应力实现分离被加工材料的目的。本方法的切削效果近似于楔角为零度的理想刀具的切削;且对材质无任何影响,符合下料工序的要求。文中对这种方法的理论依据及其应用进行了工程实践,结果表明,这种方法不仅可行,而且具有高效率和低能耗的潜在优势。 Starting from the investigation of the stress state of the metal in the area in front of cutting edge of the tool and trying to alter the stress state, the metal dissociation from the workpiece may realized. This is the so-called 'stress cutting'. With this method, it is supposed that the cutting behaves as that by using an ideal tool梐 tool with zero wedge angle. In addition, there is no harmful influence on the metal structures from stress cutting that agrees with the specifications of blanking; operation. This method is practiced in the engineering. It has been shown that this method is not only feasible, but also highly effective and with low energy consumption.
