摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法对绿色荧光粉铝酸锶进行了SiO2包膜处理,并对膜层进行了X射线衍射(XRD)、耐水性和发光性能的测试。结果表明:SiO2含量对包膜效果有着重要的影响。SiO2含量太低,其耐水性受到限制,很容易发生水解;SiO2含量太高,影响其发光性能,发光亮度降低。通过试验对比发现,要想得到包膜效果较好的产品,SiO2与铝酸锶的质量比最好控制在10%-25%之间。
The green luminescence phosphor was coated with SiO2 film using the method of sol-gel. Films were characterized by XRD, water resistance and the luminescence test. Results show that the SiO2 film layer is very important in this experiment. If the SiO2 film layer is too thin, the water resistance is limited ; if the SiO2 film layer is too thick, the luminescence is limited. We find that we can obtain the good samples if the SiO2 film layer is 10% -25%.
