摘要
本文针对油液污染引起液压元件启动性能变化的现象,提出污染启动的概念、间隙过滤效应以及相应的滤饼理论为基础的物理模型。指出滤饼的特性直接影响着元件的污染启动性能,间隙是滤饼的形成处,滤饼的成因有机械、水力、磁和极化等因素;被污染元件的启动力应包含各种摩擦力和滤饼的破裂力。且结构性水力卡紧和污染性水力卡紧也会加剧污染卡紧,从而使元件在污染时的启动力增加。
Based on the phenomenon of change in the start-up charactristics of hydraulic components by contaminative oil, this paper presents a concept of the contaminant start-up and its physical model based on the filter effect and corresponding filtrated cake theory for the clearance of hydraulic components. The start-up charactristics of hydraulic Components are affected by the filtrated cake properfies. The filtrated cake is made within the clearance of hydraulic components.The cause of the filtrated cake formation have mechanical, hydraulic, magnetic polarization,and so on. Under contamination condition, the start-up force of hydranlic components involves frictional forces and fracture forces of the filtrated cake. And both the structural and contamination hydraulic lock will quicken the forming of the contaminant lock also, And so the start-up force of hydraulic components are increased under contamination condition.
