HLA多态性及HIV进化与疾病关联的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 HIV-1的高度多样性除受病毒自身的复制特征影响外,HLA—I类分子介导CTL免疫反应的选择压力造成的突变对HIV-1多样性的产生有一定作用。近期许多研究显示HLA-I类等位基因、单体型和超型与HIV-1多样性及疾病进程的关系,HIV-1多样性和编码HLA—I类分子基因的多态性是平行的,本文就HLA多态性与HIV多样性及疾病关联的研究进展进行综述。
