摘要
本文通过在2450轧机上应用的双闭环、有环流及带有负荷调节器的可控硅励磁独立控制系统的理论分析,表明该系统可以消除零位振荡,限制咬钢时的冲击电流,同时提高了系统的快速性和稳定性,比非独立励磁控制系统和三环系统结构简单、性能优越,并可满足轧制工艺要求。
By theoretical analysis of the independent control system applyed to 2450 rolling mill which is excited by the thyristors of two closed-rings with annular-current and load regulutor, it is presented in this paper that the zero-position oscillation can be dispelled in the systems, the impact current can be confined when the steel plate is stuffed. Meanwhile, the stability and the quick-response of systems can be improved. It has simpleer stracture and more favourable performance than the un-independent excited control systems and three closed-rings systems. Thus it can meet the reqwirement specified by rolling technology.
