高中学生考试应激状态分析

摘要 目的探讨中学生考试应激状态及其影响因素。方法以宝鸡市某普通中学高一学生共204人为研究对象,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)分别于平时和考试前1周进行调查。结果考试前1周19.4%学生存在心理障碍。SCL-90中躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性、总分均高于考试后1周,并有统计学意义(P〈0.05~0.01)。其中焦虑与人际关系有非常显著性差异(P〈0.01)。相关分析结果提示神经质个性与SCL-90总分及因子分呈正相关,且相关程度较高。结论学生考试前应激状态较普遍,应当引起社会重视。 Objective To explore the mental health of middle school students before examination. Methods 204 middle school students were measured with SCL-90, EPQ and so on. Results 19.4% of all students was in abnormal mental state, which was different significant from usual times. The most common problems included depression, anxiety, somatization and psychiatry. Regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors on mental health ofarmyman in the desert were neurotic personality score. Conclusion The stress before examination is universal.
