基于知识工程的车内布置可视化系统

摘要 根据中国人体尺寸和人机工程学知识,建立了通用的三维参数化中国人体模型。综合汽车设计标准、设计知识和专家经验,采用面向对象的知识表达方法及基于规则的推理技术,开发了基于知识工程的汽车车身内部布置系统。实现了视野校核、脚踏板与手操纵件的设计、操纵空间与操纵力校核、安全带固定点位置范围确定等功能。 to Chinese anthropometry data and ergonomics knowledge, a general 3D parametric Chinese manikin was built. Integrating with automobile design standard, engineering design knowledge and expert experience, a knowledge-based engineering system for automotive interior layout was developed which applied both the object-oriented knowledge representation and rule-based reasoning technique. Some ergonomics functions, such as the verification of visual field, the designing of pedal and control handle, the checking of manipulative range and control forces, the validation of safety belt mounting position and so on, were all accomplished.
