摘要
利用ANSYS中的三维层单元模拟轮胎复合材料,建立了7.00-1614PR斜交轮胎三维有限元分析模型。在此基础上研究了轮胎在额定气压下的主应力、剪应力及帘布端点处层间剪应力的分布规律,并指出了它们对轮胎早期失效的影响。分析结果验证了三维有限元建模的正确性和有限元法应用于层间剪应力分析的有效性。
A three-dimensional finite element model for the bias tire improved from a two-dimensional geometric model was established. The simulation based on the model for bias tire (700 - 16 14PR) was carried out by using the 3-D layer element simulating tire composite embed in ANSYS software. The distributions of principal stress, shear stress and inter-laminar shear stress under the rating air pressure was study. Their influence on early-failure of the bias tire was pointed out. The results indicate that the 3-D finite element model is correct, the application of the finite element to inter-laminar shear stress is effective and has a significance for structural design of tire.
