异丙醇油脂浸出工艺的研究 被引量:10

摘要 针对异丙醇浸出油脂溶剂比和能耗高的问题,利用异丙醇对油脂的溶解度随温度变化的特性,对异丙醇浸出油脂的溶剂回收方法和相应的工艺参数进行了研究,确定了最佳逆流浸出级数、最合理的浸出温度、溶剂比。选择的最佳生产工艺条件为:浸出温度78℃、异丙醇质量分数95%、浸出时间45min、溶剂比1、浸出级数7级。 To lower the solvent ratio and the energy consumption during the solvent recovery process, the methods of solvent recycling and parameter determination for the best extraction stage number, extraction temperature, solvent/yield ratio were studied. The optimized processing conditions obtained are extraction temperature of 78C, isopropyl alcohol concentration of 95% (wt%), duration time of 45 min, solvent/yield ratio of 1 and extraction stage number of 7.
