摘要 煤气化装置的关键设备合成气冷却器、气化炉顶部连接的传导段和气体返向室组合体的质量为300t,形似字母h,为不规则、偏心结构,是煤气化装置中吊装难度最大的设备。文章针对气体返向室和传导段组合体的特殊结构,提出了3种吊装方法,通过分析比较各种方法的优缺点,确定了卧式组对成1个吊装单元后再进行吊装为首选方案。通过对组合体卧式组对吊装中周向和经向翻转以及找正索具连接方式的优化,使该设备的吊装作业更易操作,降低了高空组对的难度,提高了组对精度和大型吊车的利用率,减轻了作业人员的劳动强度。 The total mass of a letter “h” shaped assembly consisted of a conduct segment (which connects a synthetic gas cooler and a gasification furnace) and a gas return chamber of a coal gasification facility is 300t. It is an irregular and eccentric structure and brings the most difficult hoisting problems to the coal gasification facility. Aimed at the particular structure of the assembly of gas return chamber and conduct segment, this paper presents three hoisting methods, and through analytically comparing the relative merits for each method, it determines the priority scenario of horizontally assembling these two parts into a single unit then hoisting it. By means of circumferential and longitudinal overturns and optimal rigging connection pattern, the hoisting operation of the facility becomes easier. It decreases the assembling difficulty at high altitude, increases the assembling precision and raises the availability of heavy crane, and reduces labor strength of operators.
