Analysis and Precontrol of Dangerous Point Sources of Electric Network Operation Dispatching

电网生产调度的主要任务是组织、指挥、指导和协调电网的运行,肩负着电网的运行管理、操作、事故处理等重要任务,以确保电网的安全运行,充分发挥电网内发供电设备的能力。调度工作直接影响电网的安全运行,提高调度工作质量,对避免事故发生具有重要意义。文章根据克拉玛依市电网调度工作的实践,分析了调度工作的危险点源及其对电网造成的危害,提出了调度工作危险点源预控与治理的措施。

Dispatching work influences directly the safety of electric network operation. It is of great significance for avoiding accidents and boosting the quality of dispatching work. Based on the electric network dispatching practices in Kelamayi city, this paper analyses the dangerous point sources and their damages to electric network, and offers corresponding precontrol and treatment measures.
