海河流域生态修复发展方向研究

Studies on developing direction of ecological restoration in Haihe River basin

论述了海河流域水资源基本情况和流域内生态需水问题,提出了流域内水生态系统演变及生态恶化原因和修复目标,本着“节水优先、治污为本、科学开源、统一调度”的治水新思路,以节水治污为重点,以富裕农民为主线,全力推动水利现代化建设。

This article discusses that water resource recent situation and ecological water demand problems in Haihe River basin, it also put forwards water ecosystem evolvement and zoology deterioration reasons and restoration aim. The paper insists on the new water-control idea of ＂water-saving priority, make pollution-control center, scientific broadening resources of water,unification dispatching＂, with the viewpoint of stress water saving and pollution control, it take peasantry life affluently as the primary line,main promote water conservancy modernization construction.
