当代体育大学生就业调控信息平台的建构研究

Construction of the Information Platform on Employment Control of Contemporary College Students Majored in Physical Education

采用文献资料法,问卷调查法,访谈法等方法对我省体育专业大学生的就业机制进行调查分析,并针对当前我省体育大学生就业机制不完善,不系统,并具有盲目性,单方面性,就业信息流通缓慢,招聘单位跟应聘对象互相了解不够等问题进行分析和研究,倡导利用现代媒体,建立网络调控信息平台来加强各方面联系。并论述了信息平台建立的基础环境、特点、内容等几个方面。

Investigations and analysis of the employment system of college students majored in physical education have been carried out by referring to literatures, questionnaires and interviews. Some investrgations have been made into the problems such as imcomplete, unsystematic, blindfold and unilateral employment system, slow information exchange and insufficient understanding between employor and employee. This paper calls for an informarion platform via internet and mass media to drscuss setting, basic invioronment, characteristics and concept of the platform.
