重庆市江北区36所幼儿园儿童膳食营养分析

Analysis of meals nutrition for 36 kindergartens of Chongqing jiangbei district

目的通过对36所幼儿园儿童膳食营养的分析,了解现阶段幼儿园儿童的膳食营养状况。方法2006年我院儿童保健科对重庆市江北区36所三级以上幼儿园儿童膳食营养进行了88次跟踪调查分析,采用重庆市妇幼保健院编制的儿童营养统计分析软件进行测算。结果三大营养素的供热比存在碳水化合物不足、蛋白质和脂肪过高的现象,对儿童生长发育同样重要的微量元素除铁以外存在一定比例的缺乏。结论表明重庆市江北区部分幼儿园儿童膳食营养分布和搭配不合理。加强对幼儿园保健员和炊管人员的业务培训,对于促进膳食结构的合理化,保障广大儿童的身体健康具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the sates of meals nutrition about 36 kindergartens, understand the condition of kindergarten child＇s meals nutrition in present stage. Methods In 2006,child care office of our center carried on 88 track diagnosis to child meals nutrition of three level of above kindergarten in Jiangbei of Chongqing , used the child nutrition statistical analysis software to carry on the reckoning that the Chongqing Women＇s and children＇s health center established. Results The heats rate of three kind of nutrient indicate that Carbohydrate was insufficient and protein and fat were excessive. Trace element that was important to the child grows was short in certain ration except iron. Conclusion Indicated that partial kindergartens child meals nutrition distribution and matching in the Chongqing＇s Jiangbei district was unreasonable. It suggested that strengthen service training to the kindergarten health care workers and cooks.h is important to promote the meals structure rationalize and ensure child＇s health.
