摘要
电力通信网是传送电力调度自动化、继电保护和电网数字化管理信息的重要基础设施。为保证通信网可靠传输,加强通信调度的管理就显得十分重要。文章详细阐述了山西电力通信调度工作的经验,提出了加强通信调度运行管理的办法,目的是为提高通信网的运行管理水平,确保通信网稳定运行,为今后各级电力通信部门搞好通信调度工作提供有益的参考。
Power communication network is an important infrastructure transmitting information of power dispatching automation, relay protection and power grid digitized management. It is very important to enhance the operation management capability so as to maintain a reliable transmission of communication network. This paper introduces the experience of Shanxi Electric Power Communi- cation Centre, and presents some methods that can enhance operation management capability. It is a good reference for the improvement of communication dispatching management level.
