强化执政监督效能的现实思考

Promoting the Effect of Power Supervising

有效执政监督对于消除腐败、提升党的执政能力至关重要。在改革开放和建立社会主义市场经济的过程中,由于各种因素的影响,我国执政监督还存在着监督重点不够突出、监督缺乏整体功能、监督法规不健全、保障机制不完善等诸多问题,严重影响了执政监督效能的充分发挥。因此,增强执政监督意识,疏通和拓宽监督渠道,改革监督领导体制,加强监督制度建设是强化执政监督效能的根本措施。

Abstract ： The effective power supervising contributes at great level to defeating the corruptions and promoting the ruling competence. In the process of open and reform and socialistic marking,there are shortcomings for the power supervising such as unclear focus, incomplete laws and regulations, and imperfect insurance institutions,which holds back the effect. Solutions include strengthening the awareness of ruling, broadening the channels, reforming the supervising system and improving the system.
