The paper analyzed the college student＇ s confusion of ethic and honesty in terms of the characters and cause. It is proposed that the traditional values carried in the education may contribute to the improvement. Honesty is taught as one of the basic components of quality. If the sanction system regulation the dishonest behavior develops in the higher education system, the college students will be trained to be more aware of self-discipline. The combination of ideological teaching and psychological consultation will help students resolve their confusion.
