摘要
随着现代科学技术的迅速发展,复杂多变的空间数据日益膨胀,远远超出人们的解译能力,迫切需要新的数据挖掘技术和知识为其提供方法。文章从空间数据挖掘的基本概念出发,详细阐述了空间数据挖掘的特点、可发现的知识类型以及进行空间数据挖掘的主要方法,并给出了一种基于多组件空间数据挖掘的体系结构。最后,还对空间数据挖掘的进一步发展做了展望。
With the application and development of modem science and technique, the tremendous amounts of spatial and non spatial data have been stored in large Spatial Database (SDB). These are far beyond the human ability to interpret and analysis them, which is badly in need of spatial data mining (SDM) to provide knowledge. From the basic conception of spatial data mining, this paper introduces characteristics of SDM, main methods of SDM, knowledge types discovered from SDM, a type of architecture of SDM in detail. Finally, it also discusses future research directions.
