脑膜瘤磁共振氢质子波谱的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究脑膜瘤氢质子波谱(^1H MRS)的特征及代谢物变化规律,探讨^1H MRS在脑膜瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法应用Philips Intera Nova Dual 1.5T超导MR机对16例脑膜瘤患者进行常规磁共振成像(MRI)及^1H MRS检查,并与16例正常志愿者对应部位进行对比研究。结果全部病例表现为显著降低的N-乙酰天门冬氨酸(NAA)峰、肌酸(Cr)峰、NAA/胆碱复合物(Cho)、NAA/Cr,而Cho峰、Cho/Cr升高。结论^1H MRS作为一种无创伤活体显示组织代谢的影像学方法具有广阔的应用前景。
