摘要
病历摘要
女，37岁，农民，因体位性呼吸困难2年，突发呼吸骤停20d于2006年6月7日入院。患者近2年来不能平卧及左侧卧位睡眠，否则会出现憋喘，面色青紫，右侧卧位及俯卧位仍有张口呼吸现象。近半年来出现双下肢无力感。入院前20d，午休时（右侧卧位）被家人发现其右上肢及头面部青紫，唤醒后无不适主诉。当日晚10：00其家人再次发现患者面部青紫，口吐白沫，无呼吸，呼之不应。
